Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If your products are locally shipped, you must receive your product within 8 to 10 business days; however, if the products are shipped from an International location, it may take 10 to 30 days to reach your location.

In the events which may be out of our control, such as high volume of orders (Bulk Order) or postal service problems that may potentially delay your order, we will keep you informed of such delay and keep you posted via email.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the size and type of the product ordered. Our products are shipped from multiple locations, which may also affect the cost of shipping.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Riz Malik Studios or any affiliation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
